Before you take possession of your new home, an Apex Homeowner Care Representative will conduct a complete walk through of your home.  You will get a thorough orientation that will allow you to enjoy your home to the fullest.  We will provide special instructions or precautions regarding appliances and other home systems as well as safety tips and maintenance information.
