We have a combined construction and development experience of forty years. We have built mixed-residential developments in all areas of British Columbia including Summerland, Kamloops, Nanaimo and the Lower Mainland. Currently, we are creating a master-planned community of mixed residents on 480 acres in Summerland, a 200 lot single family ocean view development in Nanaimo, and luxury townhomes in the Lower Mainland.

We are a licensed builder with the Home Protection Office of British Columbia and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau, with an A+ rating. All homes built by Apex are covered by a third party warranty provider under a 2-5-10 year program.
